Ms. Benedetti manages the long-term operations and maintenance of our solar assets following construction. This includes proactively monitoring system performance and 3 assessing potential issues, scheduling work orders for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with EPC partners to execute the work and managing customer and installer relationships. Ms. Benedetti has 12-plus years of experience in commercial and residential solar asset management, and was previously at Centrica Business Solutions, Direct Energy Solar and Astrum Solar, where she created and managed the Customer Care organization focusing on customer experience, providing technical and field service for 8,500 residential solar systems.
