Mr. McDowell leads our solar engineering team. He manages the technical evaluation of solar proposals from third parties, as well as conducts in-house design, production modeling, equipment selection and quality control as needed to support the proposal, construction and permitting processes. Mr. McDowell brings 15+ years of solar engineering and development experience. He was a founding engineer at Astrum Solar (which became Direct Energy and now Centrica), managing engineering for the development of 100 kW to 4 MW commercial solar PV projects.
