Role:
Diane manages the long-term operations and maintenance of our solar assets following construction. This includes proactively monitoring system performance, coordination of preventative and corrective services, monetizing project RECs and incentives, and ensuring a positive experience when working with partners and customers.
Experience:
Diane has over 13 years of experience in commercial and residential solar asset management, and was previously at Centrica Business Solutions, Direct Energy Solar and Astrum Solar, where she created and managed the Customer Care organization focusing on customer experience, providing technical and field service for 8,500 residential solar systems.
Education:
Diane holds a B.S. in Natural Resources from Cornell University and a M.S in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University.

Personal Interests:
When she’s not working, Diane has her hands full with two young children and two senior dogs but loves to squeeze in time for reading, running, and native gardening.
